The main issue we had was how long it took Jayco to come up for a replacement for the slide out drawe
rs. The first time we used the trailer the bottom of the top drawer fell out. We dropped it off in early September and the drawers didn't come in until December. Once they did come in, your service department got them installed fine. We are hoping all is well now.
We have owned RVs for 30 years so have had a lot of experience with the RV service industry...or lack
of service :) We have been extremely satisfied with every interaction we have had with Poulsbo RV in Kent....whether the sales or the service department. They are respectful; very responsive; very helpful and certainly help us feel much happier owning an RV....service is so important when you're driving a "computer" and you know someone "has your back". They did what I asked— The fridge was shot and showed and told why. They ordered a new fridge and I
have an appointment in 6 days to have it put in. Replacing fridge is a needed for our traveling we’re out 6 months
