Any business in the service industry right now has an uphill battle with supply chain issues for getting parts and a difficult labor environment. These things caused delays in the repair of my car, but we’re outside of their control. In all the ways that Young’s Auto body COULD control the experience they were fantastic. They had excellent communication, calling to provide updates on the status of my car, they did great work. They did a thorough job including doing right by me and the right work to be done for a complete job and standing up to the insurance company to say so.
