I made an appointment with them a week prior on 6/6/26 for 6/13/26 at 8AM. Like the previous couple of oil changes that I have done with them, this one went at about the same pace. It was done in about an hour and 15 minutes. It is admittedly slow compared to other spots like Jiffy Lube or any independent mechanic shop but if you're not in a rush, they do tend to do the job well, and that's really all I'm asking for. Front desk people are generally friendly and helpful. They speak English and Spanish so if language barrier is a problem, you got that going for you.
Not much else to say other than I'll keep coming here as long as they keep up the great work. For my old 90's Japanese car, usually oil tends to leak at the oil filter but whatever they do to stop or slow the leak makes me confident that they actually do what's needed (like replacing the crush washer) at every oil change. Jiffy and indie ships generally don't even put one in or they re-use the same crush washer so oil tends to leak there. This place seems to replace it consistently so for now, I'll keep coming here.
