Trouble light came on 8pm. Had to leave car at a friends. Came home & filled out appointment form on line. 8:10 AM next morning got a phone call. Said we could bring it in and they would get to it asap based on there work load. Next morning got a call telling us what the code was and our options for repairs. Gave the go ahead. Another call saying they had parts. Final call was it was done. Pricing did not change from start to finish. I was most impressed that they kept me in the loop without me having to call them.
