After discovering a nail in my tire upon leaving work I contacted AAA to request a tow. AAA a contacted Grant's Wrecker and Automotive Services, who told them they would respond within 90 minutes. After 90 minutes passed and they had not responded AAA contacted them again and Grant's notified them it would be an additional 90 minute response time. After waiting close to another 90 minutes I received a notification from AAA reporting the driver was less than 15 minutes away. Once those 15 minutes passed I again contacted AAA who were told by Grant's it would be an additional 45-60 minute wait. In the end I waited nearly 4 to 4 and a half hours for Grant's to respond and they never did. I'm astounded at the lack of professionalism displayed by this company and quite frankly it's among the worst experience I've had dealing with any business in any industry.
