Spoke with Jim. He said the staff treated him right, they were 100 percent professional. They called him to let him know what the problem was with his vehicle before doing any work on it, also letting him know that his vehicle would be fine to go without the work. He decided to go ahead with the service, so the staff saved him some money with the labor costs. They completed the wok in one day, and he got in and out in a timely manner.
