We took our deisel truck to have a diagnosis done and then have it fixed. We had this truck to them on a Tuesday morning 8am sharp, it is now Friday at the close of business and they have done a minimal amount of checking which they have admitted because they haven't had the properly trained technician available to spend any time on it. But instead of calling and keeping us updated, we have had to call to find out any news, which we keep getting vague and unclear answers as to what is really wrong. It was determined that a compression check was needed on Wednesday and as of Friday 5pm, it hasn't been done and we were told it would be Monday before it could. We have decided to get the truck and bring it home and never do business again with this place. We are the low man on the totem pole so to speak and we have concluded we can't trust that a good or reliable job will be done at this point. The best word I can use to describe this experience is "indifference." We have been poorly treated and felt it was worthy of this review, as we are not generally people who leave reviews. Hope this helps anyone considering this place as a possibility to fix your diesel or any car for that matter!
