World Class Assistance
I have spent considerable time at Wright Hyundai looking specifically for Genesis vehicles. A sales agent named Brian C. Who was the most knowledgeable, cooperative, and patient car dealers I’ve ever met with. It was very informative and helpful while his honesty and integrity was clearly obvious.

As long as they keep character people like this on their payroll, I will continue to be very loyal to the dealership.

The worst dealership. The worst car to buy
If you are considering a Hyundai, DON’T!
If you are considering a car from Wright’s, DON’T! Not only are there sooo many problems with Hyundai, if you take it to this dealership you will only have more problems. Honor warranty? Hell no. They only lie from one side of their face to next so they do not have to honor the warranty which by the way you pay extra money for cause you believe them when you buy a car from them. I would highly recommend you consider a Honda or a Toyota. They are the best cars on the road and will last forever. Hyundai, with the recalls and engine issues, forget it. You will pay in blood, sweat, tears, and your life savings.

Tried to schedule an appt
I have repeatedly tried to call the service department over the months to schedule an appt. The few times I have gotten through I’ve been told it will take over a month for an appt. I have just started going elsewhere. I received a notice for underbody corrosion care for my care so I’ve again been calling to schedule an appt. No luck. So I finally went to the service dept and was treated rudely by the person that waited on me. I felt that he felt he was doing me a favor by talking to me. I explained what I needed done and it said the earliest date was a month out. I asked him why it takes so long to get an appt and he said that all Hyundai service departments are like this. I told him even though I love my car I won’t buy another Hyundai and he just said basically oh well. I scheduled the appt but I can’t wait for a month so I’ll just get the service check. I’ll go elsewhere for maintenance. I will never buy another car from that dealership and we’ve bought a few over the years.

Scheduled a state inspection on January 10 for February 1st at 3pm. Was called January 31 and told they could not do inspection. I have to come in at 8am and drop.off my car and pick up at 5pm Why??
Scheduled state I section on January 10 for February 1st at 3pm. Was called on January 31 at 4pm.to telll me they could not do my inspection at 3pm on Fe1st I would have to come in at 8am Feb 1 and pick it up at 5pm.

Run Around
Took car to Chippewa as Wexford is always ridiculously SLOW. Took the car in for a whistling noise and got a response of bad turbo. When it was time to put the part in Chippewa wouldn't respond back on labor prices as we wanted to buy our own part, so called Wexford and they responded right away and gave us an appointment. Got the turbo put in and of course the sound was still there. I was sick of Hyundai so I took the car to Milbert's Car Care. I got a phone call from Milbert's and he told me the antifreeze was leaking from whomever put the turbo in. Took the car back to Wexford and they reassured us it was not leaking and made another appointment for the whistling noise. On the appointment for the whistling, wouldn't you know they found the antifreeze leak. But then said the whistling noise was normal for after market part, if that wasn't the dumbest as it had a Hyundai part in when it started making the noise. After getting upset and explaining to them the car is whistling and has no power we finally got someone else to look at it and wouldn't you know found the issue, it needed an inter cooling system. Had to order the part and was out of a car for a whole week. After it was finally fixed I tried to reach out to the service manager and he was on maternity leave at the time. I waited till his return called and left a message and never got a return call. Out of $2900 and dealt with the one place that should know everything about the car. The lies after lies and pushing us out the door like we were crazy was a lot. Slow mechanic had the audacity to say it was due to an after market part. WOW, how many other cars are you doing like that?!

Express lube service a joke 4-6 hour wait
The dealer doesn’t take appointments for Standard maintenance items like oil change and tire rotation. I’m not sure why in this day and age They don’t make appointments for oil changes . Their express service is generally 5to 6 hours to get an oil change and it’s not like they’re cheap either. In the future would recommend everybody go to NTB good prices and you can make an appointment and they include tire rotation for one low price.

2014 Subaru Purchase
Purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback and couldn't be happier. My wife and I were treated professionally during the entire purchase process - not like at some dealerships lately because it's a "Seller's Market." Our car was fairly priced and in excellent condition, which made the decision to purchase it an easy one. No high-pressure sales tactics at any point during our experience here. Highly recommend that you consider this dealership in your search for a new/used vehicle.

Customer service is non existent
Wright Hyundai does not care about customer service. Last year I had to make an appointment to get my 7000 mile oil change. Took me a month and half to get in. Now they won't even schedule an appointment. And person on the phone argued with me that that it has always been first come first serve. I have to now come and wait. So my time isn't valuable as a healthcare provider and depending on the day was told I could have to wait 3 to 5 hours to get it changed. That is just ridiculous. I will never use them for service again or purchase another car with them.

Excellent Customer Service
I love taking my 2017 Elantra , my baby to Wright for everything it may need! Excellent customer service and service done on the car! Sometimes they will even ask if you want your car washed very nice!! Love this place!

Problem with the Tuscon
Wright service dept have be very thorough and patient. The problem with this vehicle is not with Wright but with the manufacturer. It’s serious and dangerous. Though I highly recommend the dealership and service dept, I don’t recommend a Tucson

Came for air and had 2 other things accomplished.
I stopped in without an appointment because my air pressure tire light was on and I couldn’t find a functioning air unit up the street. The service desk not only took care of that, they were able to accommodate me for a recall check that was due on my car and also do my odometer/gas rebate reading. In and out under an hour, YAY!!! I should of played the lottery after!
