Super bad experience

I was the first person at the shop at 8:00 a.m. I explained the issue that I was having. After the tech test drove the car and put it on the lift. I was told that I needed front struts and sway bar links. A job that would take about 2 1/2 hours. They were aware that I was waiting. A wheel alignment was supposed to be included. They did not finish my car until 6:50 p.m. and had not done a wheel alignment . I noticed that a lug is missing on both front sides of my vehicle . After calling in, I was told that because they didn’t have the lock key, they had to break them. He then said that he could order some lugs and call me when they come in. I had already told him that I did not have the key but he said that it would not be a problem. Sitting in Wisconsin Muffler for 10 1/2 hours was inexcusable. They never offered an update unless I asked them to be told they were working on it and were short help. Had I been told this originally , I would have taken my car else where as well as if I had known they were going to destroy my wheel locks . I am beyond frustrated and disappointed .
