This was my first visit to this location. I have been to another Hyundai dealership in the past. What I can say is this dealership by far is the best. From purchasing to service I would definitely refer my friends and family to this location!

Bad service department
Even if you make an appt, they don’t get it done on time. It’s hard to schedule in the first place because they are booked out so far. They don’t do what they say they will do when you purchase the vehicle.

Starting from Melissa at the service desk with her friendly smile..who is always accommodating to the techs who service my vehicle and make suggestions..they are awesome. When I leave I feel confident that my vehicle has been attended to and gone over thoroughly.

The service staff was exceptionally polite, and even made sure I was able to pick up my car on time...even though I had mistakenly scheduled an all day service. They were kind, and super polite!

horrible no call back service department very unprofessional
my car has been in the service department since Jan 28th still no ETA or a Loaner Car. Chris the service manager is never avaiable I have left 3 voice mails and still no call back.I have went from being fifth to second and as of today March 1st seventh in line for a loaner. Im still waiting for a call back from Chris the service manager

Complimentary Maintenance denied due to 2 month wait for maintenance
Early January 2022 I schedule my car for the Complimentary maintenance, oil change/tire rotation. The only date available was Feb 28th, Almost 2 months out from the day I scheduled. Went to Winner Hyundai Dover DE 2/28 and was told since my car went over the "mileage limit" for maintenance I was being charged for the service. They said I could have taken the car to another dealer to avoid this. The closest Hyundai dealer is at least 1 hour drive away and I never considered doing that, didn't even think of it. The service people said it's out of their hands that I need to bring it up to Hyundai Corp people. I am also ready to sell my 2019 Honda HRV and was going to buy from Winner, but now change my mind, and also about future services from them, all this because of one issue that I had no control over, so now no more complimentary service. All because of their website to schedule service, and won't bend the rules even though not my fault about the timeframe for maintenance. They will never see me again. It amazes me a business would deny this situation over a scheduled maintenance date I have no control over. Keep this in mind when buying a car or having maintenance done.
