Bad service
Vehicle was there for almost 3 months for “a week” warranty repair. Was given the runaround for weeks. Then was charged extra labor on a non-warrant “find” while repairing vehicle. Was told by the general manager that there were approximately 70 vehicles there in need of engine work - not too good for the Hyundai name.

Oil change dispute
Was charged for what should have been one of the four complimentary oil changes on my new Santa Fe purchased from your dealership in February of 2020. On the last oil change, the tech affixed a sticker to the windshield as to the recommended mileage for the next change. Always try to follow those directions, took the car for service. Young ladies were very courteous at check in and all seemed to be in order for the complimentary service. They went to lunch and what I found out later to be the service manager was manning the checkout. Told me that I would have to pay for the service since I had not accumulated enough mileage since the last change. Told him I was following the suggested sticker on the windshield. His response was “well I apologize for that error on the tech’s part of giving you the wrong numbers but you will have to pay anyway “. Tried to negotiate but the service manager was not interested. So I ended up, in my opinion, paying for a mistake made by the dealership.

General manager does not keep her promises
General manager does not keep her promises. Did the short appointment was canceled. And was given no new time except that they would call when it was convenient for them. After a long ordeal the general manager finally called me back after my call being placed the corporate headquarters of Hyundai international She called me back and set up an appointment for December 4. When I arrive at my appointment time of 8 AM was not on the list of appointments but the service writer remember my name in allowed me to keep my place at 8 AM. Everyone from the service writer to the mechanic or professional. General manager however in another line of work are words means nothing to me anymore

Lack of Communication
My poor rating is based on the lack of communication from the service department. My vehicle was due a recall related repair that took over six months to complete. I understand delays due to short staffing, waiting on parts/supplies, and a backlog of vehicles needing service. But not once did someone from the dealership call me to let me know the status of my vehicle. A simple "we haven't forgotten about you" phone call would have been appreciated. When calling the service department, often the line just rings and rings and rings. Did I expect a quick turnaround when they have dozens of vehicles needing repair? No. Did I expect a call every six weeks or so to let me know where I was in the process? Yes.

Worst SERVICE ever!!
Last year from November until 2 days before Christmas, they made my life a living hell financially and for my business!! This year from September til now it’s the same!! I took my 2021 Hyundai In for an oil change & was told I needed something else and I paid $300 for that! Guess what? Now my vehicle that was working perfectly fine is still there in their shop cause it won’t start! And I’m Paying rental insurance on top of my own and etc!!
