I told them my car running like it needed a tune-up. They assessed the problem did an excellent job repair the car, and it is running really good since I picked it up.
My car was running bad like it needed a tune-up. They assessed the problem and repaired it within a short time period. This was the first time I had to get it tuned-up. Now the can running really good now.

Had regular service done- tires were rotated - everything checked out excellent - noticed vibration I had never had before seemingly from the front right.
I made an appointment to have it checked. I was told a tire had probably thrown a balance weight. I waited over three hours with no feedback. I was told that the tires had been balanced. I realized on the way home that I still had the same problem , maybe worse. After several call and leaving my message and contact information, I finally got a young lady who kept me on hold for over ten minutes then the call was lost. I called again and after about 5 minutes she said I would have to wait until December for another appointment. She said she would talk to her supervisor and have him call me. No call came. I called again 3 times and asked to talk to the service manager leaving my name and phone number each time.That was yesterday. I have not received a call back. No one has EVER returned a call.
This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever endured.

Don't expect much.
They honestly need new service advisors. The two they have are are old slow and definitely not customer oriented. It took like 8 visits to multiple phone calls and over 2 months just to get a proper diagnosis. I got the same we're gonna pull it in today and we'll call you tomorrow line like 5x. Literally.
Car was bought new from this dealer and serviced here multiple times before with no problem. I don't know what happened this time. But I'll take it to the moon before I return to their service department for anything

Best Salesman Ever!
Clarence Jennings is an amazing salesman! He is caring, knowledgeable, attentive and really cares about what you need and want as a customer. Clarence is the main reason we bought from Wilson Hyundai. We were looking at several different cars but Clarence was the deal maker!
