HORRIBLE!!
They kept my Santa Fe for 40 days just to do recalls. Getting through to someone by phone was extremely hard to as the least and when I did here are some of the excuses I got: it’s in the shop, waiting on parts, parts are difficult to source, we only have two techs, we are six weeks behind on repairs, we’re remodeling and things are a mess. The service department manager; Randy Jackson, blamed corporate who then blamed Hyundai’s parts manufacturer in Korea and so forth. The lesson to learn here is don’t buy a Hyundai. BUYER BEWARE!!

I can't speak highly enough about Randy and the service team at Wilson County Hyundai. He and his staff go beyond just "fixing" the problem. Extremely satisfied with my new vehicle and Wilson County Hyundai's service
I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Sonata from Wilson County Hyundai and not only was I extremely satisfied with the vehicle itself, but with the service that was provided throughout the process. From the beginning, Bobby Raines and Terry Johnson were very helpful in trying to find something that fit my budget and preferences before visiting the facility. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a friendly staff, and Salesman, Matthew Wright. Matt was very helpful while I was trying to select the right vehicle. He was not too pushy, and didn't seek to show his knowledge on the vehicles beyond necessary. I've been around salesman who clearly like to show that they know what they're talking about in an arrogant way, and Matt didn't have to go above and beyond to show me he knew what he was doing, which I appreciated. Him and Paine Bone, the owner, were excellent in their pursuit to find me a deal that worked for me in order to get my dream vehicle. Overall, the entire process was easy and left me satisfied. I recommend Wilson County Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the area.

The original issues I had prompted an immediate call to action by the parts & service director which spoke volumes to me about the care that Wilson Hyundai’s service dept has for their customers. I was extremely impressed with the fact that someone actually took the time to understand my issues and strived to correct them to my satisfaction. The genuine apology I received meant the world to me. I am extremely happy with the service and care that I have received and truly feel as if I am a part of the Wilson Hyundai family! I will definitely be returning and telling everyone about their great customer service and how impactful this exchange was for me and my family!

Oil change service
Oil change was done promptly but was never told about a recall or the repair of the trunk release until AFTER the repair was completed. Things I, as the driver, had manually set were moved/changed and not put back it the driver’s specifications…. Mirror, seats, lights, etc. also after trunk release work, the trunk light now is not working!

From the time I called to make the appointment until I left after the service, was excellent. Not only does Hyundai have a remarkable product, but also this dealership is the most welcoming and efficient dealership that I have ever known.
