W&W TO MY RESCUE!
I was recently in Richmond for a family event over a weekend when I started hearing loud persistent ticking/clicking noises while driving. Since I needed to be back in DC Sunday night (and with limited time), it was stressful trying to find help on a weekend—until someone recommended Wilson & Wrenches mobile repair service. Joel, who co-founded the business with his brother Jacob, came to where I was staying on a Sunday, which was incredible. Joel was extremely kind, honest, and thorough. He found the issue causing the noises but said it wasn’t a safety issue and not in need of immediate repair. In the process, however, he discovered that one of my tires was badly worn on the inside, with the metal belts exposed. It definitely wasn’t safe to drive on. Joel explained everything clearly and was able to locate, pick up and replace the two front tires so I could safely make it back to DC. I’m so grateful this was caught when it was. Thank you, Joel, for truly coming to my rescue—I highly recommend W&W!
