Scott said the service was fine but his expectations of a 35,000 mile inspection were higher. They did what they needed to do but he was expecting more, like having his tires rotated.

Spoke with Ellen. She said she still has a problem with the front seat on the driver side because the employees at the business tried making the repairs without removing it. She will take her vehicle back to the facility to resolve the issue. However, she has always been pleased and satisfied with the service provided by the business.
