If no stars could be my rating, this would be my review title.
I had utilize this auto job in the past with a 2010 Nissan Altima that I use to have for rotors and breaks, no issues. However, last year I took my 2007 BMW to them for the quote for a tune up and oil leak. I was given a diagnostic check and quoted somewhat around $2,400 dollars. I elected to wait until the funding was available. This year I took the car in because the engine was overheating, and through a diagnostic check i was told I needed a water pump and the oil issue was discussed and I agreed to proceed. The owners wife Wendy stated to me that because the mechanic didn't want to apply seals in the back of the engine to address the oil leak, and it may just need the seals up front, then he would recommend doing this and save more money. I agreed. I was quoted a price, and again agreed and gave Wendy $10000 dollars before any services were commenced. 2 weeks later i was informed that my car was ready for pickup, but what i was quoted to be the balance prior had increased roughly $250.00 dollars. I needed for this to be explained as no one had contacted me within those 2 weeks to explain this. When I showed to recover my car Wendy apologies as she took ownership of not contacting me. $4,500 dollars later 2 trips back to the shop, i have an engine light still own, and a oil leak. The owner is not truthful and his wife is rude and unprofessional. 2 diagnostic checks and I wish I would've taken my car to the BMW shop. Customer beware, they have gimmicks and agenda's all races, languages, and religions. Just because they look like you, isn't enough.
