Great salesman but horrible service
Gordon Hatcher was a wonderful salesman who was able to find us the car we wanted despite the low inventory due to the pandemic. I love my Santa Fe!!!
Service is a different story. It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change. Recently had an appointment and waited over 3 hours for an oil change. Apparently they “only had one guy “ in service. It’s funny but I was told them same thing the oil change prior. Family member, who I referred to Gordon, has been told the same thing upon dropping their vehicle off for service. Maybe they ONLY “have one guy” and need to hire a few more service technicians???? It’s unacceptable to wait 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
