Terrible customer service
I scheduled an appointment with services over a month ago. I scheduled my appointment at 8 this morning and arrived right before they opened. I couldn’t stay with my vehicle because I just had a baby and my baby will not sit still for hours in the waiting area. I was never told that because I dropped my car off my car would not be priority even though I scheduled my appointment over a month ago. When asked by the service rep what time would I like to pick my car up, I told her 12pm. It’s now 3pm, my car has not been worked on and I’m not happy with my experience. I definitely won’t be back to this location.
