It was one of the worst experiences I had with vehicle service in my life first they told me my service would take 2 to 3 weeks I dropped my car off and after a couple weeks I called and they haven’t even done a diagnosis of the vehicle yet 2 weeks go by and I’m calling consistently for them to still have not even touch my car. 2 months in of me calling still know one knew what was going on with my car I called on month 3 inquiring about my vehicle because I had to move because I’m in the military they told me that my diagnosis was done a week ago but they didn’t trust the guy that did it so I’d had to wait until a new mechanic looked at it month 4 rolls in and I call they said the first guy was right then quoted me 627 after labor to fix the problem they have the part and should be ready in a couple day and they’ll call me when it’s ready I waited and called 4days later they told me they were waiting on the part the quoted 863 for Everything a week goes by I get on the phone and they said my car was done 2weeks ago I fly to VA to pick it up and the tell my price is 1300 for everything labor was more than the part and they attempted to charge me for a diagnostic twice after going back and forth and showing them the email of the second quote then they proceeded to say we’ll just give you a discount to bring it back to the second quote I paid the second amount and get to my car and the cells of the battery dies because they hadn’t touched it for months they said they could give me a new battery for 250 dollars I told them that my battery was new when I brought it in and they argued back and forth to give me a new battery and just left me outside honestly im this to warn you this shop is full of scam artist they don’t care about service to the customer only about how much they can squeeze out of you once again one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service shop I do not recommend goin to this shop
