Staff were super friendly and picked up everytime I called and answered every question I had. Job was done in a quick and timely manner and I am very happy with the outcome! Definitely would recommend 10/10 will be back for more work done.
I mostly stop in for inspections and the odd oil change, but even when it’s been a front end alignment or getting creative with me on a tractor tire rim I mangled, they’ve been awesome. Quick, helpful, and willing to tell you where their expertise ends even if it loses them money.
Friendly…… quick service …. Reasonably priced …. Granted, was only an oil change …. But the car was looked over …. Brakes and tires were found to be in good shape. No upselling involved …

Florida visiting my daughter and her family. Son in law also took one of their vehicles. We were in and out in 20 mins with both oil changes!!! Props to Williams !!!!
I bought my car out of state and the inspection was the last thing I needed to complete the legal process. Williams got me in quickly and completed the inspection in a timely manner. They attached my plates and affixed the registration sticker, along with the inspection sticker, without me even asking.
I had a noise in my front suspension so I scheduled to get it in the shop. They were able to get me in two days later. They diagnosed the problem to be lower ball joints they had replaced 6 months prior and were able to get me new parts because of the product warranty. Diagnosed, dealt with warranty on parts, and fixed my car inside a day. Always fast honest and friendly!
Very unpleasant experience at Williams Tire & Auto Service
I had a very unpleasant experience at Williams Tire & Auto Service. After a tire sensor installation, my center cap went missing — something that had never happened before. When I returned immediately, the mechanic denied responsibility and told me not to come back. No apology, no help. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
