Needed a tow, and after checking my vehicle it was determined that a new battery was needed.
Steve and Pat were very helpful, and knowledgeable. My battery needed replacement. Steve notified me that the cabin filter needed replacement, which I already knew and was making arrangement with dealership to replace the filter on my next visit for normal , maintenance. However since they were already replacing the battery, I said
change the filter. Glad I did the price
from the dealer cost was outrageous.
I have been a customer of Weber Automotive for years for many years, and now I have the same confidence in Willams Automotive. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family to use William Automotive .
