Had my truck towed over to Williams Automotive. Asked him to see what was wrong with it, said he was busy had it parked there almost 2 weeks by the time he got part. I told him to check out other parts that truck was making noises. Called said it was ready and he said he drove it and everything was good. When I picked it up it was making like a roaring or air sound, I went back and told him and also noticed a side of my truck was all scratched up too, said he didn’t know how that happened. Previous mechanic shop that towed it over there said those scratches were not there when they had it. Ended up taking it to other mechanic he has to do water pump, radiator, and thermostat. Hopefully this guy will be more professional and care about customer service. I thought he was better then that.
