The traverse was brought in for routine servicing and to have the ac checked and the charging system checked. As usual Mr. Williams staff was courteous and professional, from the receptionist to the technicians that worked on the vehicle. The work was thorough and completed in a timely manner. The technician informed me of all that was done and of what needs to be done at the next servicing.
