Superb service!!!
Ed knows that when mobility equipment is needing repair, that it is super important to the family of the disabled person. He busted his butt to help solve a problem that no other repair shop, or the corporate vendor would help solve. He is truly the best kind of neighbor!! Go here.

Dead Battery
I was having to jump my battery to be able to start my car. Willard's got my car right in and diagnosed the problem. I waited a few minutes for them to get me a new battery and install it. While they were waiting for the battery, they did a courtesy check on my car at no charge. The staff was very kind and professional.

Larue said it was more than expected. They explained everything to him. He got charged double for the time, because they used two different mechanics, and he wasn't expecting that.

New Tires.
Had my sister's car in for an oil change and a oil pan gasket and new Tires. Willard's Garage has been taking care of vehicles for decades and now my sister's car as well. The confidence I have in Willard's over the years is now enjoyed by family as well. I have been a satisfied customer of Willard's in the past and will be in the future.

Owner has quite the ego
They ordered a preeetty expensive part without calling or notifying me.
I called asking about diagnosis, they said they'd call back in a couple hours. No call recieved. I call them and ask and hear they've ordered a part without notifying me, I said it feels a little "shady" and the good Ole owner got WAYYYY TOO OFFENDED to not have a guilty conscience LOL
Glad ya didn't want to work on her after I said "shady" because that just feels strange to me. I grew up on my grandfather's shop and he would NEVER do something with telling the customer and lining up their options first. That's why all his reviews were 5 stars
