Trustworthy, helpful, and doesnt gouge people for money

I've known Mr. Wilhelm for almost 6 years now. He does business where iw ork and he comes to my job is always very nice and respectful when he comes in. Recently my husband and I got screwed over pretty bad by another mechanic that took more money than they should have for the work being done and on top of it broke other things in his car in the process. It made me pretty nervous with trusting other mechanics because of what we have been going though. I knew my breaks were about to go and they needed to be replaced as soon as possible but we have been tight on money since my husband recently lost his job and this other mechanic took more of our money than they should have. When i saw him recently at work I discussed the issue I had with my car and he immediately said he could get me in within a couple days and he could call me and give me an estimate once they looked over everything. That day I dropped off my car and it was an easy quick process. I got my car after i got off work and it sounds so much better! My breaks are not making a sound and it makes me feel so much better driving it. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and by the end he quoted me a pretty decent price without trying to gouge me. From here on out I will be going to his shop for any car issues I have. This is a locally family owned company that actually cares about people and can be trusted. Thank you wilhelm automotive for all of you help and being a trustworthy auto shop! Its really hard to find that now a days.
