I got a diagnosis in May 2020 during Covid from them and didn't have the work done since I wasn't driving anywhere. Went back last week with my original work order and they honored pricing and original diagnosis! Very pleased with the service and outcome.
My truck broke down at Bartells the other day. I was waiting for AAA to come and tow my truck.
They were not going to be available for a few hours. I had spoken to Glen (btw, we take our vehicles to Glen's Chvron for maintenance or other issues with our vehicles.) suggested that I leave my keys with him and they ywould see if they could get my truck started. I left my keys and went home. In the morning, I headed back to my truck expecting that I would have to call and wait for AAA again. However, my truck was gone. Glen came and tried to start the truck but it wouldn't start so he had my truck towed up to the Chevron. I was so greatful and impressed!!! To me, that was above and beyond! He saved me a lot of waiting and stress. We started going to the Chevron in the first place because my sister's partner, Jesse Cargo works there. Jesse had worked on our cars prior to his employment at Chevron. We know Jesse to be honest and excellent at his job. We have continued to do our business at Chevron because we trust Glen, Jesse and the other workers. When the air conditioning went out in my truck, they were thorough and let me know they could not find the leak without going in further which would have cost quite a bit. I opted not to go that route. They filled the air conditioning liquid but indicated gradually it would all leak out. I trust them when they tell me something. I just have to emphasize again, that I was so impressed that Glen went ahead and had my truck towed to his station. As a result, I didn't have to call AAA and that saved me a lot of stress. I would and do recommend Chevron to others.
Have been bringing all our vehicles here for years and couldn't be happier with the service received. Always received quality repairs/service. Even though have moved out of Maple Valley area, still bring vehicles back here. Always honest and up front regarding what work needs to be done and have always felt received very fair price for services performed. They always stand behind their work and have alway been more than satisfied with all aspects of services perfomed. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of car repair/service.

Glenn and his crew do a great job. They thoroughly checked my car and found two serious issues that I was unaware of. They made the repairs at the price that was quoted and in a very timely manner. I have been taking my car to Wilderness for about 5 years for all its maintenance and repairs and I couldn't be happier with their expertise, skills and service.
Tool my wife's van to Wilderness Auto with a window problem. Glen and the gang took a look at this issue and rapidly diagnosed the problem. It was fixed pretty fast and with a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, I am not at all a car guy; so the process of asking for help on auto repairs is normally one of frustration. That said, Glen was helpful in giving me a choice of what to have fixed, and what could wait until a later date. The cost of the tune up on my VW Jetta was in line with what I was originally quoted - and am grateful for that. I spent more than what I originally hoped to, but you get what you pay for, and am glad that my car is now in good shape to run smoothly for the next few years.
Provided excellent customer service and returned my vehicle in great running condition along with a quick cleaning. I plan to tell the neighbors about this great place.
