Not the best experience I’ve had with a dealership
I did all my research online and submitted my deal. I got several emails that they got my deal and I sent emails back about contacting me so I could buy a car. I finally just drove to the dealership and they said they never saw anything. They then told me I would have to pay $11K over MSRP due to the new car shortages. After hours of back and forth I was finally able to “accept” their offer....this was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had in 7 different new car purchases.
