Bryce is a horrible financial employee!
I’ve never been treated by a financial employee (or an employee) as I was at Weisner Hyundai. First of all, the salesman, Ryan, was absolutely wonderful!!! I just loved him and he had me sold on a vehicle. (If he would go to another Hyundai dealership I would buy from him.) BUT, the financial guy, Bryce, was horrible! He was rude, cocky, disrespectful, and not knowledgeable at all about financing. I cannot believe this company would have someone like him even employed.
And, I tried 4 times to talk to the General Manager, Mark, about this over a week of trying but…
1st call: out until the following week
2nd call week later: left message (no response back)
3rd call following day: he will be back at 2:00 pm.
4th call: 4:00 pm, he is gone for the day. It is unbelievable the way this place is being ran.
I feel sorry for the salesmen there that are so nice and considerate and have to put up with a cocky, disrespectful financial guy. And, a General Manage that will not even respond to customers.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
Drove 3 and a half hrs from Austin to Conroe to pick up a new 2025 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership only to find out that the car wasn't in great shape.

It had paint coming off, external damage on the frame (that couldn't be fixed I was told), etc. The sales guy, Jason, said he missed those issues during the inspection. There is no way someone in this line of business didn't notice something as prominent as that (or they have to be too bad at their work to miss it. Poor, either way). And his manager, Bryce, wasn't of any use either.

We had to return without a car eventually. And zero remorse or regret about the mistakes on their part. Almost like they knew it all along and were only hoping someone wouldn't notice and leave with the car. No wonder it has been sitting in their lot for months.

Very shady dealership. Avoid this place (especially if you coming in from a distance)

UPDATE :
The car continues to show up in the listing on their website, even though they admitted the damage is not fixable. Now it makes sense that their sales guy, Jason, 'missed' it during the inspection.

Deceptive Marketing
Deceptive Advertising Alert: Similar to observations made by others, this company advertises cars at attractive prices. However, upon inquiry, the advertised vehicles are mysteriously unavailable. This discrepancy was noted even after viewing the advertisement on a Sunday—a day the dealership is closed, indicating no possible sales could have occurred. This situation strongly suggests deceptive marketing practices, which are in violation of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act. The screenshot clearly shows the car VIN, Model and everything including the Price, but when contacted, the car was sold on Sunday (even though they are closed).

They just don't get it
UPDATED: Price advertised online not the price you pay, shady dealership is alive and well even three years later after our first horrible experience. We came up to this dealer because of pricing online and yes, the deal is to good to be true. This was our second time visiting and our second time driving south to another dealer 7 miles away and buying a second car! We have shared our experiences with others and have been able to keep others from using this dealership.

Conroe ISD employees head up! This dealer is listed as a preferred dealer for teachers offering vehicles "at cost".....Sales Manager, "We DO NOT offer any discount to Conroe ISD".

I know who I am buying my Genesis GV70 from, and it's not Weisner.

Price Gouging
No one should ever shop at this dealership again. They are using the current economy to gouge prices just so they can make extra money while other dealerships are not doing the same thing. It is no wonder they actually have vehicles on the lot. Despicable behavior. I hope that the populous remembers this and bankrupts this dealership.

bait and switch
I was told a price with and without a trade-in and sold my car to buy it. I opted not to trade. I had the prices on paper and in text messages. I confirmed the price before I sold my car and went straight over to the dealership to buy a Palisade. Knowing that I didn't have a car, they tried to extort $600.00 more dollars out of me. I spoke with the manager. However, he did not care if I was lied to and had the proof to back it up. I chose not to be extorted and walked out. Rey, you know every word of this is true. LESS

Friendly and efficient
After moving from Houston to a small town near this dealership, I decided instead of driving to Houston I would use them. So glad I did. So easy to get to, they took my car right away and was able to sit in the lobby to wait on it. Awesome!

Great service, friendly staff
I have nothing but good things to say about the service department at Weisner Hyundai. Friendly, efficient and helpful.

I bought my Santa Fe here and just helped my son get his Venue.

Will be back once I talk my mom into switching over to Hyundai from Buick.
