Honest, professional service
On my first visit I found them to be very professional and honest. Gave me a full evaluation on what we might need on the next service, but nothing pressing. I appreciated that. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I highly recommend Whitts Auto. Mr. David was very personable when I arrived for my appointment. He was kind and worked with me to help get all of my vehicle repairs handled today. He even took the time to call the dealership and work on another repair that I needed. I greatly appreciated his time and effort to help with my vehicle. The shop was quaint and decorated with Nascar memorabilia and I thoroughly enjoyed looking at everything and hearing Mr. Whitt tell me about some of its history. I will definitely be back and refer others to this shop!

Extremely pleased
We have recently moved to Auburn and I needed my car serviced.. I began to search for someone who could work on my Mercedes. Whitt’s came up in conversation and printed media as to a great place to service my car. I could not have been more satisfied with the service they provided! Cannot recommend Whitt's auto enough...
I was looking for an auto service center that could repair the AC in my truck. David and his crew went above and beyond to fix the AC in a timely manner and communicated with me all along the way!

Does not stand behind their work
Initially I was impressed that they made time to work on my Jeep when it was slow to start and the engine light came on but as I was waiting for it to be repaired the gentleman behind the counter ( that was the owner) seemed very annoyed that I was there and yet when it came time to pay the bill $600+ he was happy to take my money. As I was driving home from the shop the light came back on and when I called to tell him he said the next time he could see me was 5 days later.I returned then and he said the car wash caused the problem and charged me &130 more and the problem returned again that day.
I eventually was stranded and had to call a tow truck to take me to a good , highly recommended mechanic who fixed the problem.

Sorry That we were not able to repair your car to your satisfaction. Electrical Problems are some of the Hardest To Repair. We do work by appointments and are usually a Week out for all repairs.

great experience
I had a great experience at Whitt’s! I called and told them what was going on with my car and had it towed to them. They got it looked at and fixed quicker than the original estimated timeline!! Definitely recommend!
