The first time we visited your company for a tire we were extremely satisfied with your customer service and deal you gave us. We returned to purchase 3 tires, but when we came to get another service I feel we were ripped off. When we picked up the car it was doing the same thing we brought it in for. You were very apologetic, but did not offer a discount to correct the problem. So I feel we paid you $350 for absolutly nothing.
