Honest, sincere, and always understanding of my situation. They do high quality work and work with you to get done what you ask.
White Sulphur Garage does 100% quality work quickly and at a fair price for the service you get. They are always courteous and professional. I have called Cody to make an appointment on a Monday or Tuesday for things ranging from brakes, exhaust, ignition, tires, and whatever else. He knows I work and have 3 kids with this 1 car right now. He somehow usually gets me in, fixed, and back out by the end of the week or earlier. I once had my car in for a full exhaust replacement and exactly a week after I picked it up, my whole ignition went. I just did not have the money at that time, and Cody introduced me to a finance program they have. Within 10-15 minutes I was approved and out the door. No credit restrictions and if it’s paid off in the first 100 days there’s either little or no interest. ( if you don’t pay it off within the first 100 days you are stuck with the whole years worth of interest and pay about twice the amount of your bill) there are more examples of how much they’ve helped me and I only switched to them about a year ago. I can only imagine how good they are to steady customers of years or more. Great shop and highly recommended

Helped a Stranded Driver
Hello. Firstly, I am long overdue in writing this review. I was in White Sulphur Springs and riding on fumes with no idea where the nearest gas station was located and little hope I would make it there in any case. I coasted into the parking lot for White Sulphur Auto & Truck with no cash and a need for gas. The owner did not hesitate to help me, and when I tried to pay something for the gas with a debit card, he would not accept the payment. That is a Good Samaritan, and, to me, the kind of person you show yourself to be has everything to do with the kind of work you do. If I lived in the area, I would definitely bring my vehicle here for service. Thank you so much!!

Quick, courteous and professional
I called after my usual garage told me getting a valve replacement and an inspection would take 30+ days for just the valve, I called and had my car in and out within 2 hours for a great price. If you haven’t given them a chance, do so immediately!

Tire fix.
When arriving at the white Sulphur garage I entered the office and spoke with Cody about Fixing an old tire That was leaking on an old Chevy pickup i had bought for my son. Explained i just needed it to be made to not leak so we can move it around the yard and be able to work on it for him to have as his first truck next year.Cody immediately grabbed the tire fixed it and had me out the door within minutes. The garage is clean the staff was all respectful and it was a pleasure to do business with them.
