Excellent customer service and price
Needed to get new brakes and rotors on my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. I got 4 quotes. Western Auto had the best pricing. I also had them do oil change & tire rotation. Since they had to take my tires off for the brake job, there was no cost for the rotation. Amy was very friendly and very helpful. She called to let me know the mechanic was recommending an air filter and asked, that since my state inspection was due next month, did I want them to go ahead and inspect my SUV while they had it in the shop, saving me a trip back next month. I said sure. Western Auto does excellence work, has very good prices, and is a family owned and operated business. I’ve had my vehicles worked on there for over 30 years. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

State inspection/oil change
In 3 words "I TRUST THEM ". I own several different vehicles that Western Auto has worked on for me, from new tires, oil changes, replacing wheel bearings, brakes and a/c . Prices are always reasonable. The people that work here are very helpful and courteous.

Great service from Western Auto
I have had break problems for over 2 years. They squeaked very loudly. My breaks were new so that wasn’t the problem. This was the 3rd time I had my breaks looked at and there was nothing found. Today Western Auto took the time to find the problem and fixed it. Thank you so much. Also the young girl that works at the counter deserves a shoot out for her wonderful customer service. The only problem is they are so busy make sure you give them a day to do something as simple as an oil change.

Awesome job, as usual
I drive to Yorktown from Alexandria because I have friends who live in Yorktown. But I time my trips so that I can get service done by Western Auto on my Toyota, which has 230,000 miles. I have never found a repair shop I like better. Just this last visit, I told them the suspension seemed rough and maybe it needs some new struts after 230,000 miles. The mechanic inspected the car, and said the front ones were leaking. I said should I replace the rear ones as well? He says he didn't see a problem with them. They had the chance to get more money out of me but they chose to be straight instead. I told him to go ahead and replace the rear ones as well. I hope they stay around a long time!

The terrific threesome team of Amy, Brandon & Marty continue the bring the best service for your vehicles.
I was again saved a bunch of money in parts for my Jeep Wrangler by their research in purchasing quantity parts for less!
