Stopped in with a $32 groupon for a synthetic oil change. They did not have the filter. It was going to be +$. I offered to use the one I had in the truck. Then the next add on was 2 quarts of oil which was $22. So with my filter $5 and the$22, My oil change would have been $59. Not worth the hassle!

Nightmare
Please beware if you go to them for an oil change make sure to check your oil before you leave if you know how. I went to them and they did not put oil in my car. They towed my vehicle and charged me an additional 90 dollars for the tow. They are manipulative. You could end up loosing your vehicle trying to save money. I purchased a Groupon for the service. Avoid this Groupon there are several other companies listed that will do good.

Great Service
Kazori!!! West Autobahn was such a God Sent! We have been neglecting the truck for some time. Once the Blower Motor went out we had to take it in. We decided to take care of all the problems Tires, Tire Sensors, Ac, Oil Change Window Motor O2 sensor all in one lump! Some parts were actually DEALER PARTS Needless to say pricing was reasonable work was accurate. No complaints with Service. Everything that was fixed works like NEW! Thank you Kazori & Team!
Was not kept updated or called about my vehicle - I had to call to get updates even though I was informed several times that someone would be calling me within the hour to update the status and condition of my vehicle.
Alfredo said he had a problem with the original service, and the staff kept working on his vehicle until they got it figured out. He appreciated they did the additional service at no charge.
Starr said that the place was good, they even found a problem on her vehicle and actually showed it to her. The mechanic and front office staff were very nice.
I so love westbahn!! I would recommend them if your car needs mantaince. They will strive hard until they get the job is done. They called me all the time for a update on my vehicle. So don’t hesitate to call westbahn.
I’ve been going to Westbahn Auto since it opened in the neighborhood. At one time Mr Long was servicing 4 cars mine and my teenagers. I trust him and know that he will be honest and the work be done in a great manner.
Searched for a coupon for an oil change. Found Westbahn and decided to give them a try. Called for approximate wait for an oil change and went on a Saturday. Clean waiting area. I was greeted by Kareem. Asked him a couple of questions which he answered fully. Oil change accomplished in about 40 minutes. Recommended an additional service for the near future that was reasonably priced. Great first visit.
