Our story starts in 1993 when owner Dave Ross retired from a local Acura dealership to open his own automotive service center. The rest, as they say, is history. With a reputation for honest and top notch service, West Omaha Auto Service has been in business for 24 years and counting. Dave believes it's important for technicians to stay up to date with the latest advances in the automotive industry, so we stay on top of new techniques and innovative equipment. Dave also supports an environment of learning, making sure technicians continue their education so they can continue to provide the best in car care. There are 3 ASE-certified technicians on staff today, including Dave's son.

Charged an extra $200
Everything was good until I received a message telling me my car was completed. I gave my credit card info over the phone without hesitation (thinking I would be charged the amount on the invoice I had approved) and was charged an extra $200 I didn’t know about. This extra charge wasn’t disclosed to me until after they charged my credit card. The invoice sent to me says the charge was approved this morning at 10:31 However I was never contacted regarding extra work/charges so not sure who approved it but it wasn’t me. Not a very trustworthy way to do business.

Fixed my car in a few days
so I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car one bit No dash lights didn't start nothing couldn't figure anything out I had it figured out in less than a day and had it fixed in a day or two excellent crew in there great local people very polite very professional I appreciate all their hard work
