Fast service when I was most in need
My car gave out and West Miramar was recommended by AAA as the closest. I was able to drive my car there and explained I was in a rush to continue my road trip. They were able to help out and Troy did his magic. He was able to locate a short circuit issue pretty fast.

Smog Check...
Now these people know how to do a Smog Check. My 2002 Mercedes never ran so well. Brandon & Miranda are the ultimate professionals. The mechanics who cleaned up the system and replaced all the broken this or thats, checked inside and out really know their stuff. I've experienced good, but these people redefine what good is...

First Time Customer
I was very pleased with my first experience at West Miramar A&T. I had routine maintenance (30K) done on my 2020 Lexus and everything went very smoothly from making the appointment to picking up my car when the service was completed. Everyone was very professional and their communication before, during and after the appointment was excellent. I especially appreciated the free shuttle to my home after drop off and pickup when the maintenance was completed. The pricing of the work accomplished was very fair and far superior to what the dealership was charging. A veteran’s discount was an additional bonus. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

Excellent customer service
I brought my truck in in Nov for an oil leak and it was promptly fixed. Fast forward a couple of months and it appeared to still be leaking oil. They had me bring the truck in again and went over the engine again and put a tracer in the oil. They cleaned the engine and were unable to find a leak but suggested there may have been some residual oil from before. they said if I still see the leak bring it back and now with the tracer they will be able to find exactly where it is coming from.

Inspection and Recommended Service
West Automotive staff was friendly and welcoming. Very nice people. The mechanic did my oil change as requested, at a fair price. The mechanic was competent. I was satisfied with the service. The mechanic also did an inspection of the engine and all suspension any more. I was provided with a list of recommended work with some rather costly suspension work and a power steering flush included. Much of the suspension work and power steering flush was done just six months ago by my Lexus dealer. I am checking with Lexus to ensure I have not misunderstood the recommended services. I highly recommend West Auto with the caveat that you might want to get a second opinion on any recommended services.

The recommendations made for service By the West Automotive Group are made by time and mileage requirements, therefore if we have not performed the service for you there is no way to determine if it has been done by time or mileage? Oil Filter And Lub Service With 40 Point Vehicle Inspection
The check-in process and shuttle service were provided in a highly professional, convenient and friendly manner. The service of the car was thorough, and completed in a reasonable time. I plan to continue having my car serviced at West Miramar Automotive & Transmission.

Oil change and inspection
The staff, Brandon and Miranda, was accommodating and answered all my questions. The oil change was fine; I have not notice any leaks. What I am not happy with is that when they did the inspection of the cabin air filter they did not replace or lost one of the glove box stoppers. Now there is a hole where the stopper used to be and the glove box is being held up by only on stopper and I have to get a replacement for the missing one.

I know as soon as we saw your concern and review, Brandon Reached out right away and advise you to please bring your Hyundai in for us to inspect and see if something went Ary with the Installation of the cabin air filter and reinstall of the glove Box, If there is a component missing, as Brandon stated we will be happy to get everything corrected and installed properly for you, something may have failed and we truly apologize for the Inconvenience but we will make it right.
