First let me start off with Jason, 11/10 customer service he is the owner and he is so very very kind. I had just left another deal ship and I found this gem!! I called him explaining the situation and what I wanted fixed and what was wrong with my car, he was confused because I didn’t know what I was talking about, he was very very patient with me. He gave me his email to give him the information that the previous dealership had given and he thoroughly looked through it and he had kept his word and called me back even after they closed. The last dealership kept my car and despite me being worried asking for it back they refused because they had taken my car apart without my knowledge it wasn’t apart of the service I booked but they refused to give me my car and when I was upset they had asked me “why are you upset” Jason understood I was worried and not only made sure I got my car the day we discussed but he stayed after hours to make sure I got it and explained to me what they did the process and etc. now that’s the owner!! So even if you feel unsafe he will 100% take care of you. Not only is he excellent at what he does but the prices are very affordable, it costed me only 539$ to turn my check engine life off. His prices are as well very reasonable and he’ll discuss everything with you so it sounds fair, my parts came with warranty and my car is running smoother than it did before, and after I paid he had left it up to me when to reschedule instead of forcing me to like other deal ships would, also he didn’t make me sign anything!!! I appreciate that because if something was to go wrong I wasn’t forced to sign a contract saying once I leave etc. it just felt very safe easy smooth and high quality, as someone who compared multiple different deal ships I would recommend, very excellent customer service very excellent manager I was actually so excited to meet him because of how kind he was. Overall very satisfied and I will certainly return to this place, as well recommend all my friends and family to this place! Thank you so much!
