Gilbert said there was a little lack of communication regarding when the work was being done. He called them and they told him it was already underway, which he was glad about but he waited all day and if he hadn't called them, he wouldn't have gotten a call. It was a little confusing but it all worked out in the end, and he got his vehicle fixed by trustworthy people. They're honest and they do good work, it was a little more pricey than he expected, but they knew exactly what they were doing. He was dealing with professionals there.
