Amazing customer service the second you walk in the door! Very inviting atmosphere.

You feel at home when you walk in a meet the staff. They are all very nice and welcoming. They even have my son toys to play with. The service I needed was very affordable compared to the price the dealership wanted to charge. They were very quick and efficient! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Ripoff on radiator.

I am feeling like a supreme victim. I took 3 motorcycle radiators to them to get work done. 1 had a pin hole in it that you could see, 1 didn’t eve have a leak, was new and needed a bracket flipped over on top, the other was repaired previously and wasn’t leaking in that spot at all. The spot I wanted checked wasn’t touched, yet I got billed for the spot that was previously fixed and have pics of what it looked liked before taking in and it looked the same. So when I questioned it, they took it in the back checked again, said it was no leak and put thick paint or putty over it and said they repaired it in that spot. Needless to say 125.00 to remove spotwelded bracket and half ass weld back on, 145.00 to literally weld a hole the size of a needle head that you can’t see welded and 145.00 to do literally nothing to the other except pressure test and lie about fixing someone else’s work. 451.00 for a 45.00 dollar max job. Some of the guys are cool there, but EARL is damn lucky I’m trying to change my ways after 26 yrs of service with anger issues. I even bit my tongue and tried to be level headed. I got robbed as I assumed and said 45.00 with no response in return. I was told to come back later that day, then told to come back next day for a ten minute weld job on the bracket. Will I refer somebody, HELL NO!

Don’t go here!!!

Frank left us a NASTY voicemail because we left him a bad review. Instead of owning up to the mess they created in our truck, and being a decent human being. He claimed he gave us a discount after being originally quoted $1800 and us paying $2400. He “claims” our original total was $3000. It’s a shame I can’t post the voicemail he left us. And he’s claiming that he has no idea who we are and that we are lying about this “good business”. I have the invoice to prove that we unfortunately did business with his “good company”.
Guys DONT GO HERE!

Unproffestional People are there.

How Do people go to this shop only by Viewing Review like me ? The worst people Unethical, Unfriendly and Unwelcoming.

I went for AC refill after changing AC compressor and the man at the front told me for refill to pay $89. Just immediately there before I drive the car the unethical tech told me it is not working and advice me to talk to the front. The man at the front told me to pay again $145 again for evacuation and refill. I asked him why he did not tell me about evacuation before ? instead of letting me pay two times. He had no the exact answer for this. Again I paid $100 after I asked them the discount for half an hour. I leave the shop after one hour but the AC did not work next day.

I called them and tell the issue and make appointment for check up. I went (50Miles) on the date but the man at the front told me that he can not do it that day (on the appointment date) and tell me to come the next day and Accept him.

The next day morning I have arrived at 7:50 AM at the shop and they take the key and let me sit until 12:30. I go to the man and asked him if he has finished but he told me that He did not start. I asked him why they keep me this long ? he has no Answer. he go to the car and come back in 5minutes and tell me the car needs AC Condenser, Compressor and Drier without any Inspection and give me a quote $1600.
I don't know why they let me wait Half day if that takes 5 min to tell that ?

I don't know how these people call themself a radiator specialists. Having a wrench doesn't make people a professional. I have more wrenches. I was very polite and patient to wait for them and give them a lot of time. I went multiple times but they don't want of help me to fix the AC. They Only want me to pay They need to learn Ethical and professionalism. I feel their problem is not capability but As I am a foreigner, they were trying to disrespect me.
