Oil change and rotation
Just brought in my 2022 hyundai tucson in for 7500 mile oil change abd rotation.They Said they did the rotation on the tires but they didn't. How do I know? Because I purposely marked a tire with tape just to see and sure enough the tape was still on the front tire where I put it.They NEVER rotated the tires.Now I'm wondering if they even did the oil change.Dont think I'll be back. Beware people.

My vehicle was not fixed the first time
We brought my Palisade in due to the check engine light being on. They scheduled my appointment a week out because diagnostic appointments are only on certain days. If my check engine light is on I would think I wouldn't have to wait a week to get it looked it. The reader from AutoZone said it was for a ambient air temperature sensor. Seeing as how it reads 90 degrees I'm sure that is accurate. The dealership said that was a old code. They said they reset the light and fixed some factory recalls instead. My temperature is still wrong on my truck and the check engine light is back on. Now we have go back to the dealership again.

Service Staff is Awesome...
Service manager is great!!! Super friendly & personable.

The waiting area is not very clean and its its obvious the sales reps and staff smoke, by 30 minutes in waiting I got a headache from the smell of smoke, absolutely horrible and unacceptable especially in a dealership. I wont wait again.

Service manager is awful! I recommend you go to another dealership if possible.
Before dropping off my car I made sure there were no crazy fees & they told me I would have no fee upon pick up.
I dropped my car off two days before my appointment & they still missed my appointment! After he finally looked at it he said none of the services would be covered under my warranty. He said it would cost $2000. I said no thank you I can FIX THOSE PROBLEMS MYSELF. He then said it will cost $200 JUST FOR HIM LOOKING AT IT. He refused to let me get my vehicle with out paying even though I was not previously informed of this fee.
Everybody there was apologizing for how he was acting. ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY

Positively would not recommend
We needed to purchase a vehicle as ours had been totalled in an accident. We decided on a Hyundai. After looking at price, taking it for a test drive, we decided on a Kona. After all of this, we were told that there's a 15% mark up over the MSRP. This was aggravating and I asked for time to speak to my wife. In the meantime I called the Honda dealership down the street and spoke with Steven Whaley. He said there vehicle similar to the Kona was the HR-V. He also said they were charging MSRP, but there was no mark up. When your rep came back with the adjusted price, we saw that it WASN'T marked up 9% vs 15%. It was over 9%. We left an bought the Honda. Your deceitful pricing and markups cost you a sale. Your loss was Honda's gain.
