Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience however, Brooke may have been the only exception, but I took my car for an oil change. I understand there were additional repairs needed to my understanding. The leak came from the coolant hose. I was told that the oil holes needed to be replaced, but then the very next day those holes were just shooting out a pinhole of oil so had to have the car towed back to Wayne’s which that was replaced. I was very skeptical. That mysteriously that holes was shooting out a pinhole of oil. It just seems like everything collapsed that day that needed to be repaired which I find that very odd. The car is still leaking even though there were two diagnostics that I paid for to my understanding and the problem should’ve been fixed now I’m being told that it is a radiator leak that I had just replaced the radiator a year and a half ago However, as I mentioned to the customer service representative that I told the gentleman that was towing my vehicle that when the car was towed, I was getting a code for a crank. A week later I’m still waiting on a response Call from the customer service representative for the tech to confirm. that I am still waiting to hear back, so my car has been there at Wayne’s since either last Tuesday or last Wednesday I was quoted a price of $905 for a radiator but again I believe there’s another issue. I am not happy.
