Sue said the business is nothing but kind to her. She said in the Fall she took her vehicle in to have the air conditioning repaired after she dropped off the vehicle. Jacob from the front desk called her about the price quote and how it was an expensive fix that could wait until Spring. She said he told her the noise would get louder and she would have no air conditioning during that time, and the price quote would remain the same. She decided to wait and bring it in for her most recent visit. She said they were honest and looking out for her benefit. She added she has never been anything but pleased with the business.
