Best service department in Puget Sound
Way Scarff Ford in Auburn has by far the best service department in the whole Puget sound region! They are reasonable, honest, fair and have fantastic costumer service.

Jaron said this business had great service, Bob was great, the tall gentleman upstairs in the office that helped him with coverage, was a cool guy. It was an easy process, it was really that difficult and it was straightforward. An internet advertisement had brought him in. He was shown where to go if he needed service, but he wasn't introduced to anyone in that department. He didn't have any complaints, he did have a few bad experiences, but this one was the best by far.

The best oil change ever
The fastest oil change I have ever gotten in my decades of getting oil changes at Scarff Ford in Auburn! Madison worked on my car and in RECORD time (25 minutes!!), I was on my way home!!!

The staff is honest, fair, and the customer is important to them.
The service provided by Rick at the service desk is top notch. The attention to detail by the mechanic staff is deeply appreciated. Richard Padgett is one of the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. I've been a customer for 18 years and I don't have any plans to go elsewhere.
