They Did a Big Job Successfully
Watson Automotive worked on my Toyota truck. It turned out to be a bigger job than they expected, and it took a little longer than they anticipated, but they did a good job and they did it for a very reasonable rate. I took a week to write this review so that I could see if any issues cropped up. It seems to be fine, although there was what appeared to be a small oil leak under the transmission that hadn't existed before. It appears to have dissipated, so maybe it wasn't a leak, just a spill or something. We'll see. Thank you, Alan, for fixing my truck. It was definitely a big job. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because you didn't call me when you said you would. You didn't have it ready at the time you estimated; twice, and I had to drive to the shop to find out the status. Otherwise, all good. Thanks again.

Great Service
The owner was very professional and very patient. He took care of everything I needed from car repair to reserving my rental. I went in the shop stressed and came out relieved. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Brought my car in for electrical issues. The dealer quoted one price, Watson Automotive repaired for less than half.

Class Act
This shop is a class act! I'm a retired Cadillac Specialist Service Manager and I know when the BS is flying and when the price is wrong. Watson Automotive is honest and fair in their dealings. Alan even delivered my car and took an Uber back to the shop. Due to extremely difficult circumstances I was unable to get to Watson Auto so Watson Auto got my car to me! That my friends is customer service!!!
