Waited for the car for 3 months and now waiting for the paperwork. I’m guessing I’ll never get it.
Waters automotive had my car for over three months took all of the money upfront. I finally got the car back and was promised the accompanying paperwork that showed warranties and all the work that was done. I still have not received that.

Front brake pads, rotors and one caliper
I got an immediate appointment and when they discovered that I needed another part to fix my front brakes they gave me a ride home and brought my car to me the next day.

Best auto shop experience
My entire experience with Glenn, the owner was phenomenal. He is a family, oriented man, very kind, very honest, and very accommodating. I was able to get my car fixed quickly and earnestly. He took care of my family and I and I will always appreciate him for that. He runs an honest business and my car is running like a dream. I am so happy I came across his shop, his was the only shop I could count on. Highly recommend!!!

Impeccable Superb Customer Service
Mr. Glenn and his staff was beyond wonderful. I bought my vehicle to be seen because of the engine light on. Mr. Glenn found the issue and got it taken care of. They got my truck back to it best!! I even dropped myself off at work and they worked on it while I was at work.

Waters Auto is an excellent place to get your vehicle serviced or repaired.
Glenn Waters and his staff are very knowledgeable and personable. I had an appt to have my oil changed and tires rotated. My car was taken right in the service bay. You can ask for faster service than that! I highly recommend Waters Auto!!

15k Check up and new wiper b k ades.
I stopped in to make an appt but was able to have the work done then. As always, they were friendly, fast, and efficient. I trust them to always do great work at a reasonable price. Have been a loyal customer at least 15 yrs!

Cheaper then dealer
I’ve been coming to Waters for repair work for a long time. I always check the dealer price first and then compare that to the quote from Waters. Waters is always lower which saves me money. Plus they get the work completed when they promise.
