I took my car in for alignment service. The mechanics pointed out that there's major damage to the rear frame underneath the car and they are limited to what they can do to fix the out of alignment issues. I got four tires and they did what they could for the alignment. That part was FINE! When I got my car back the lug nuts were all beaten up and even one was missing. My tires didn't look all beaten up when I arrived and when I pointed it out. One the mechanic very rudely pointed out that I got bigger concerns with the damaged frames than beaten up lug nuts. As if the two different problems were somehow related. NO, they are not in any shape or form. I arrived there with all the lug nuts in good shape and left with bang-up nuts and missing caps. The manager Victoria and the rude mechanic tried to spoon-feed me that the caps are made of plastic and that is what happens when they use the impact tools on them. Well if you know that why use an impact on all the nuts even after you realized the nuts were being damaged. All they focused on was the damage to the rear frame and how much of a bigger issue that was than damaged lug nuts. I appreciate that they pointed that out to mean and I will deal with the responsible parties accordingly. That damage to the frame does not absolve them from the banged-up job they did to my lug nuts. Once they say it was damaging the cap they continued to use the same tool on the rest and then justify it by pointing out the frame damage. I finally said cant you at the very least put the caps back on the stems. They put green caps on the tire stems and only gave me three because the replaced tires had only 3. I bought 4 tires... What, they don't come with stem caps? This shop that sells tires don't have 4 black caps? ZERO customer service and poor professionalism
