We schedule all of our appointments as daily dropoffs. The only exception being 3 reserved time slots each day for basic maintenance visits (oil change, tire rotation, bulb replacement, etc).
This is especially important with tire changes and wheel alignments because they can only be done one at a time.
That said, I am very sorry that we didn't communicate this better when you were dropping it off yesterday morning. If we had have, we could have all been on the same page from the start.
