We purchased used 2021 hyundai Santa fa from Washington hyundai in June 2024. It was determined that a drivers door handle had to be replaced. We were placed on service schedule and when I showed up for the service and about 10 minutes in waiting room, service came out and told me that the part was not painted. We were scheduled again for service appointment and this time after 10 minutes in waiting room, they told me it was the wrong part. This dealership is managed by incompetent fools and I will never use this dealership again!

I had an appointment for my scheduled service. They were right on time. Check in was quick and rhe entire process went smoothly. I was kept informed along the way. Check out was great and they went over everything with me. I would highly recommend.

Customer lost
The absolute lack of care for their customers is atrocious and the fact that they would not even show us the part they quoted was the reason for a failed inspection is shady business. There is absolutely no reason to not show the customer unless you were just hoping to get extra business out of someone. Brian "manager" showed zero empathy for the situation just simply tried to show a "god complex " and what he says goes. Very sad cause I consistently have told people I love and care about to get their cars through them I won't be making that mistake again.

Yvonne Pavlik Best Sales Person
I just purchased a 2023 Santa Fe with no hassle and gimmicks. Yvonne is very personable and very knowledgeable about the cars she sales. Answered all our questions and even took phone calls on her day off. There never once was pressuring. We told her what we wanted and she went above and beyond our expectations. We definitely will recommend her to our friends and family.

The Worst Customer Service I Ever Experienced!
If you are looking for great customer service and a quick turn-around on your vehicle, do NOT come here. I took my car in to have the back-up camera and gas cap fixed and it has been a nightmare! It has been 3 weeks that they have had my car. We never receive calls explaining where they are in the process and when I call, it goes straight to voicemail. I usually never write reviews but this has me so furious I wanted other to hear about my experience.

I’ve always had excellent service when I take my vehicles to Washington Hyundai. They perform the services I reguest in a timely, efficient manner at a reasonable price. I have actual been told I did not need to have something I thought I might need based on their analysis ,which save me time and money.
