STAY AWAY….The Owner/Manager (Phil) IS RACIST AND WILL DEFINITELY upsell you parts ($300-$400) on top of the actual price for the parts and labor prices are ridiculous ($600-$1000) if not more on top of the actual time/price for the job..Wappingers Auto Tech ARE Stone Cold Pieces of ? BEWARE of the games between the desk help (Ashley) and the mechanic(s) They will be starting/finishing the job so you would be forced to pay the extra added cost….If you want your vehicle..Just so they can get extra money out of you..Without using the actual part(s) ordered for your vehicle….You will get charged for the big job but will receive a spray and patch up job….You won’t ever know until you take it to another mechanic as I did when they seen that the job that was claimed to have been done wasnt fully done with parts missing….This shop owner is a creep and has been over charging his customers for cheap jobs for top dollar..Do your research on the work/pricing on the work you need to get done….There’s a lot of hidden fees that they come up with at Wappingers Auto Tech that your gonna be charged for AFTER THE MAKE SHIFT WORK has been done..There are plenty of other shops that are willing to work with you and get the job done the right way for a much better price….It’s not worth the disrespect nor lies and headaches that you will receive with dealing with such money hungry creeps….That will quickly over charge you and create an issue that’s not covered just to get MORE money….Wappingers Auto Tech could careless about there customers

Damaged my vehicle
Well in their possession they did irreparable damage to the body of the vehicle and refuse to acknowledge they did it

While in their possession they damaged my vehicle almost beyond repair
Well in their possession they damaged my vehicle beyond repair and then refuse to acknowledge that it happened at their place of business when it was their tow truck driver who did all this damage supposedly
