Once again, Waikem Service Department came through!
My vehicle was due for service and since I was working, my wife had to take it. She is very apprehensive about taking vehicles for service, or taking care of matters like this. To her surprise, the Service Advisor, Jeffery Russ was so kind and polite to her, taking good care of her and being very patient with her. I'm thankful there are people like Jeffery and many others in the Service Department. It makes me feel comfortable with her taking the vehicle when I'm unable to. People like "My Car Guy Lee" and Jeffery, Charlie, and others make the experience much better! Thanks Waikem for having these folks!
