Keeping it short and to the point. Do NOT recommend. Car took longer than a month in the shop only to get it looking similar to what it originally was and yet probably worse my car radio now doesn’t work and my car still has broken parts from the accident. In the receipt it mentions they replaced a lot of things which they did NOT. And until this day (which has been about 3-4 months now) I am yet waiting for a car part to come in that was most likely never ordered! ANTHONY the manager gives me the run around every time! I’ve called many times to follow up and have yet to hear back from them. I only went with them because of the lifetime warranty. But with this type of service it is definitely not worth it! WOULDN’T recommend.
I was Confused about the estimate process. Thought we were supposed to get a price and if agreeable, leave it there for repair. Instead, told to bring it back over a week later. What if it had been towed there instead of driven? Told estimate would be made after they got into the job and found true extent of damage.
